LLC - Receipt Printer
The Library receipt printers sometimes will print a bunch of blank spaces, this is because the printer option to print headers and footers is enabled. This need to be turned off or the printer will print 50ft of nothing. Chrome - Click on the menu button Then click on Print.... Click on More settings Scroll down to Options and make sure Headers and footers are not checked off Now when you print from HELM it should work as expected.

Scan to Email (Ricoh) In this article: Scan to Email (Ricoh) Ways to Specify Your Email Address Add Your Name and Address to the List of Users Scan to Email (Ricoh) On the printer's home screen, tap Scanner. If you require settings other than the defaults, set them. (Defaults: 600 dpi, auto color, single sided, multipage PDF) Select your name from the list of users. If you aren't on the list, follow the steps in one of the procedures listed below: Enter your email address for just this document Add your name and address to the list of users Insert your document(s) face up in the document feeder. Press Start. You'll receive a message from the printer with your document attached. Ways to Specify Your Email Address Enter your email address for just this document This procedure assumes you completed steps 1 & 2 above. Press the Manual Entry button on the Ricoh's keypad. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your email address. The "@" symbol is helpfully located at the lower right. Tap OK when finished 3. Continue with step 4 of the procedure above. Add Your Name and Address to the List of Users Return to the printer's Home screen. Tap Address Book Management. Tap New Program. Next to Name, tap Change. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your name, then tap OK. Next to Key Display, tap Change. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the text you want to appear on your button in the address book, typically a short but useful identifier. Then tap OK. Tap E-mail. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your email address. The "@" symbol is helpfully located at the lower right. Tap OK when finished. Tap OK to leave the Program / Change Address Book screen. Tap Exit to leave the Address Book Management screen. You can now follow the procedure above to scan and email your document.

How to install a printer Open File Explorer (this is the manilla file folder icon that’s usually located on the bottom tray of your screen). 2. In File Explorer go to the search bar at the top, type \\srv-printing and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard to go to the printer installations. 3. Find the printer you would like to install. The name of the printer should correspond with the appropriate room number. In this example, let’s say we are in G126 so the printer we would want to install would be . Double-click on the printer to run the installation. 4. A window will appear to confirm the printer has been installed successfully. You will now be able to print to this printer.
