The Library receipt printers sometimes will print a bunch of blank spaces, this is because the printer option to print headers and footers is enabled. This need to be turned off or the printer will print 50ft of nothing. 

Chrome -

• Click on the menu button

• Then click on Print....

• Click on More settings

• Scroll down to Options and make sure Headers and footers are not checked off

Now when you print from HELM it should work as expected.
