1. Open File Explorer (this is the manilla file folder icon that’s usually located on the bottom tray of your screen).

2. In File Explorer go to the search bar at the top, type \\srv-printing and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard to go to the printer installations.

3. Find the printer you would like to install. The name of the printer should correspond with the appropriate room number. In this example, let’s say we are in G126 so the printer we would want to install would be . Double-click on the printer to run the installation.

4. A window will appear to confirm the printer has been installed successfully. You will now be able to print to this printer.
