myBristol - Not Getting the Phone Verification for MFA

If you're not getting the text verification for MFA to your mobile phone or "short codes", you will need to contact your phone provider. It is possible that your provider might be blocking the number. Some lines may block certain short codes and the user will need to work this out with their cell phone provider.
