How long is my student email active for?
Student email remains active for as long as you are enrolled in courses. After three semester of no activity email accounts will be deleted.

Can Alumni or former students access their student email?
No, the College will maintain your Office 365 email account for three semesters once you are no longer enrolled in courses, not including the summer session. This follows College policy which permits students to return to their academic program within three semesters. After this time, your email account and all messages stored will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you return after three semesters, you will receive a new email account which will not be associated with your previous email account.

When I sign into my email, my other school/work email keeps opening
Many schools and business also utilize Outlook for their email client. This can sometimes cause some issues if you do not fully sign out of your outlook session before trying to access another email account. To fix this please sign out of Outlook and close all instances of your web browser then try to access your email.
