New Printing Options – Web Print & Papercut Client

Bristol ITS is excited to announce the deployment of Papercut Web Print and Papercut Client across all Bristol locations! These tools make it easier than ever to manage your print jobs, monitor your balance and ensure smoother printing experiences on college-owned devices and personal devices.
Web Print – Available now!
Web Print allows you to submit print jobs from personal devices directly through your browser without installing additional software. To get started:
- Connect to Bristol-WIRELESS.
- Sign into myBristol.
- Go to Student/Employee Resources
- Click “Papercut WebPrint Portal”
- Sign in using your myBristol credentials.
- Follow the on-screen instructions under the Web Print section to upload and release your document. Each printer has a name tag stating its name and how to print to it.
Papercut Client – Coming Nov. 19
The Papercut Client will begin to appear automatically on college-owned devices on Nov. 19. With this client, you’ll be able to:
- View your printing balance in real time.
- Receive a confirmation page before your job is sent to a release station, helping you avoid mistakes and unwanted charges.
These new features are designed to provide more transparency, convenience and control over your printing experience at Bristol.
