ROC Tool For SmartSDK Deployment

Step 1 — Prepare the ROC Environment

Launch the ROC Tool on SRV-W22-Eagle (C:\Program Files\PaperCut MF\providers\hardware\ricoh\remote-operation-client\remote-operation-client.bat)

📦 Step 2 — Add the Printer to ROC

In the ROC interface, click Device List → Add Device.
Enter:
- Device Name
- IP Address
- Admin credentials
ROC will attempt to connect. You should see a green status indicator when successful.

Step 3 - Install The Application

Click Application > Install
Click the Op Arrow and go to smartsdk\pc-ricoh-ssdk<version>.zip
Check Add icon to home screen
Run

Step 4 - Add Fingerprints

There's another procedure for this that is called "BULK add ssl certificates"

Step 5 - Add Remote Panel Operation

Log into the physical device as Admin User
Go to User Tools
Basic Extension Features
Remote Panel Operation
Enable the Remote Operation
