FAQ:
-
What if I don't have/ and or want a personal LinkedIn Account?
- A personal account is not required to access LinkedIn Learning using Bristol SSO we all have access whether or not we have an account set up. If you do not wish to set up a personal account, simply use your Bristol email & login information to get set up/ access Mandatory Training.
-
I've already completed my State Ethics Training what do I do?
- The State Ethics training is managed by the state, and they will send you their own reminders when you have training due. The HR memo and acknowledgment form simply serves as a reminder that those are trainings you are responsible for completing not that they are necessarily due.
-
I'm getting reminders from the state ethics training portal, but I believe I already recently completed training.
- If you feel you have completed it recently, it may be because you have inadvertently created two accounts - a lot of employees have done that using their short (cwilcox13@bristolcc.edu) and long email address (cassie.wilcox@bristolcc.edu). If you have two accounts, you can login and select "profile" from there you will have the option to merge the 2 accounts.
