Fix Zoom Meetings in Google Chrome

About Zoom Meetings in Canvas

Zoom Meetings uses what's called a "cross-site cookie" to authorize your login information when you try to start or join a meeting from Canvas. A recent Google Chrome update may be blocking your cross-site cookies. To fix this issue perform the following steps.

Step 1:

Open Google Chrome and locate the settings by clicking the kabab menu in the top right and then click Settings.

Step 2:

Search for "cookies" in the Settings search bar.

Step 3:

Click on Third-party cookies.

Step 4:

Locate the "Sites allowed to use third-party cookies" setting and click Add.

Step 5:

In the pop-up type in bristolcc.instructure.com, then click Add.

After completing these steps you will be able to access Zoom Meetings in Google Chrome again.
