Printer "Connecting" - Unable to make a secure server connection
This error happens when a new certificate is installed on the papercut server. The new certificate needs to be accepted on the papercut printer.
- Navigate to the printer via IP address. Login as admin
- Go to Device Managment > Remote Pannel operation

- Click the Home Button to access the papercut application and find User Tools or Settings

- Click the option to open the settings panel and login as admin on the printer panel
- If you try to login from the home screen, it will not work. That is why we need to go to settings before logging in.

- After being logged in, click home and open the papercut application and click "Manage Connection"
- You will be prompted to accept the papercut server certificate - Click YES and validate the connection is restored.
