Fix Zoom Meetings in Firefox

About Zoom Meetings in Canvas

Zoom Meetings uses what's called a "cross-site cookie" to authorize your login information when you try to start or join a meeting from Canvas. A recent Firefox update now blocks cross-site cookies. To fix this issue perform the following steps.

Step 1:

Open Firefox and locate the settings by clicking the hamburger menu in the top right and then click on Settings.

Step 2:

Search for "cookies" in the Settings search bar.

Step 3:

Click on Manage Exceptions... in Enhanced Tracking Protection

Step 4:

Type in bristolcc.instructure.com, click Add Exception and then click Save Changes.

After completing these steps you will be able to access Zoom Meetings in Firefox again.
