Instructions on how to merge your Mass State Ethics Account
If you have created two separate accounts to complete the Massachusetts State Ethics Training, you may receive duplicate notifications to complete the training in each account.
Please note that the training is only required once per year, even if you work at multiple Massachusetts institutions. If you accidentally set up two accounts, you can merge them by following these steps:
- Select Profile at the top right corner of the screen once logged in
- Once selected the screen below will pop up. Select “click here only if you have created more than one user account you want to combine with this account.”
