myBristol - Multiple Accounts (myBristol/Microsoft) Using the Same Browser
Issue: Multiple Accounts Using the Same Browser
We’ve identified that students, faculty, and staff who access multiple school accounts on the same browser may encounter issues with account switching and authentication. This is a common scenario, especially for individuals who manage more than one school-affiliated login.
Recommended Solution:
To prevent conflicts between accounts:
Use a different browser for each account (e.g., Chrome for one, Firefox for another).
Alternatively, use incognito/private browsing mode for one of the accounts.
Clear any saved passwords or cached login information in the current browser to avoid automatic sign-ins that may interfere with accessing the desired account.
These steps will help maintain separation between accounts and ensure smoother login experiences.
