Table of Contents:
Canvas Dashboard Pop-Up:
When a student logs into Canvas, they will see a pop-up prompt that lists any course evaluations that are available. Students will be able to click the start now button or the remind me later button to delay fill out. That pop-up will look like this:

Course Calendar Notifications:
A calendar entry will automatically be added to the Canvas sites of any courses that are being evaluated. These calendar entries will appear on the final day that an evaluation is available for students to complete. This will also make the task of completing course evaluations appear in the “To Do” feed students see on their Canvas Dashboards when they first login. The calendar entries will look like this:

Email Notifications:
Students will also be reminded to complete course evaluations via an email that will be delivered to their Bristol Outlook inbox. That email looks like this:
Dear (student name),
You have been invited to provide feedback for the following courses:

This process is anonymous (your name will not be used or associated) and results are not released until after grades are submitted.
Start the evaluation now.
Student course evaluations for other courses you are enrolled in may become available between now and the end of the semester. You will be notified via email and within Online Learning if any additional courses become available for you to evaluate.
