Each Division office may have a Ricoh copier that is leased or contracted with Richo.
Need to order Toner or Staples?
Go to Ricoh Login Page and sign in with your Richo account to order
Do not call Richo to order, because they will charge a shipping fee that can be avoided by ordering online
Need a Ricoh Account?
Are you a Division Admin or an Administrative Assistant that needs a Ricoh account to order tonner or staples? If yes please submit an ITS Ticket to us using this link ITS Help Desk Portal.
- Make sure to click Login on the top
- Sign in with your accessBCC information
- You will have more options, click on Report an Issue
- Fill your ticket out and just make sure to select this for your Categories. This will ensure the right Team members are notified about your request.
Once a Team member has gotten your request, you will be notified.
Not sure if your copier is Leased or Contracted
If you have a Copier and you are not sure if it's Leased or Contracted, please submit an ITS Ticket to us using this link ITS Help Desk Portal.
