Strategic Analytics and Enterprise System Resources

Bristol faculty and staff can request access to Bristol’s Data Informed Decision (DID) Portal that provides longitudinal data reports and related information to assist with major projects at the college. The Student Success and Achievement Dashboards provide dynamic visualizations regarding student enrollment, progress and completions, academic program review, academic initiatives, and institutional surveys. For data that are not available via the DID portal or the dashboards, faculty, and staff, can submit a request by submitting a ticket. Community members can submit a Public Records Request. Request Data by submitting a ticket

Use this form to request the following:

Data Requests, 1-2 weeks for small requests, 2-4 weeks for larger requests
Argos Reports (new, changes), time varies
Survey Approval, 1-2 weeks
Banner Integration, time varies
Dynamic Form (new), time varies

Note

To help us process your request, reference Bristol’s Data Dictionary for commonly used terms such as campus, FTE, retention rate, equity metric, etc.
Data requests including “first name” default to legal first name, unless otherwise specified
