Email - How to Report a Suspicious Email
Whenever you receive a questionable email, the best course of action is to mark the message as phishing. This will report the message to our security team
Progressive Web App (PWA)
To report a possible phishing email, click on the three dots 
on the top right-hand corner of the email
Look for and select "Phish Alert Report.."
Select if the message is Suspicious or if the message is just spam or junk
Scroll down the page and there will be a blue Submit button
You will get a prompt to Phish Alert message click Ok
This will report the message to our Security Team and remove the email from your account.
Outlook Web
If you do not see the Phish Alert button right away, click on the app button first, then select the Phish Alert
Mobile Device - Outlook App
To report a possible phishing email, click on the ... at the top
Click on Report Junk
Click Phishing
Click Report
The message should now be removed from your inbox
