Email - Setup Automatic Replies in Outlook Web App Use automatic replies in Outlook Web App whenever you want to let people who send you email know that you won’t be responding to their messages right away. After automatic replies are turned on, they’ll be sent once to each sender 1. Click on Settings at the top right of the page. 2. Type automatic in the search box and click on Automatic replies 3. Turn on Automatic replies by clicking on the toggle In this screen you will be able to select your dates and enter your automatic replies. Make sure to click on Save when you are done.
