2. When asked for a login, keep in mind this is NOT your myBristol username and password. This will be a new username and password that you create.

3. The ONLY time you would have a username and password created for this site is if you have already requested transcripts in the past. If that is the case, We do NOT know your password for this website, nor can we reset it. If you are having issues with the password click the "forgot your password?" link below the sign-in section.

Do not use Safari web browser for this as it will cause issues. Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge is recommended.
